Acc renewal Mentoring
Are you working toward renewing your Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) with the International Coaching federation (ICF)?
ICF eligibility requires that you must submit 40 hours of continuing Coach Education (CCE), earned since your initial credential award, or your last credential renewal, including:
• At least 24 hours in the area of Core Competency which includes:
~ At least 3 hours in Coaching Ethics
~ 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three full months
• Remaining 16 hours may be in resource development or additional or additional core competency education.
That is where I come in! Together we will have ten, one-hour sessions over the course of three months, that will include in-depth discussions about the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, and the ICF Code of Ethics. Our dialogue can include reviewing your recorded coaching calls with clients (optional), and discussions about "stuck spots"or other specific issues you've faced when coaching.
